New Polledri’s Hand Deburring system. A single universal handle
and only three toolholder, to house blades, internal deburrers, external deburrers and scrapers.

3 FLUTES ANTI-VIBRATION COUNTERSINKS

These POLLEDRI countersinks, thanks to their asymmetrical cutting edge geometry which reduces the axial force compared to traditional countersinks, guarantee a significant reduction of vibrations, and a consequent better finish of the countersink.

Available in HSS-E 5%Co, HSS-E 5%Co + TiN e 5%Co + TiAlN up to 3500HV.

THREE FLUTES COUNTERSINKS

3 Flutes Countersinks in HSS 5%CO. 63 HRC or carbide K.15.
90 °, 60 °, 100 °, 120 ° cylindrical shank and morse taper.
From Diam. 4.3 to Diam. 100.
They are suitable to perform rabbets on all materials.
They can also be used for bevels, having the care to reduce the values of both the speed that advances.
Available with TiN and TiAlN coating treatment.
Different angles and shank with 3 flats on request.

1 FLUTE CHAMFERING CUTTERS

Single Flute Chamfering cutters HSS 5% Cobalt 63 HRC.
90° and 60° cylindrical shank and Morse Taper.
From Diam. 4 to Diam. 50.
Greater countersinking capacity from the point to the outside diameter.
Simultaneous drilling and countersinking on thin elements.
They are suitable to perform both bevels that rabbets on all materials which require a surface free from vibration.
Are particularly suitable for light alloys.
Shank with 3 flats on request.

DEBURRING TOOL WITH HOLE

Deburring Tool with hole HSS 5%CO. 63 HRC.
90 ° and 60 ° cylindrical shank and Morse Taper.
From Diam. 10 to Diam. 50
The deburring tool “with hole” is more particulary designed for countersink,
for the execution of little chamfer,and for use with light metals and plastics.
The surface obtained is smooth and without burrs.
We recommend lubricating.
