New range of POLLEDRI Countersinks with 3 90 ° cuts with ASYMMETRIC GEOMETRY OF THE CUTTERS These POLLEDRI countersinks, thanks to their asymmetrical geometry of the cutting edges which reduces the axial force compared to traditional countersinks, guarantee a significant reduction in vibrations, and a consequent better finish of the countersink. Their rectified rake angle at 20 ° and at a constant value, guarantees the reduction of friction and allows numerous re-sharpening. Chip evacuation is significantly improved due to the high distance of the grooves between the three cutting edges.
