the diameter of the hole, we have developed a catalog of special products with Whistle Notch (C) shank, obtained from semi-finished products ready in stock (except sold).
The semi-finished products are made with a special pre-heated material.

HAND DEBURRING SYSTEM
The POLLEDRI'S hand deburring system
is composed of a universal handle that can accommodate 3 different chucks:
a threaded chuck for deburrs or rotative deburrs, a chuck for scraper blades or a reversible chuck for blades. It's possible to combine these toolholder with: External deburrs and rotary deburrs, scrapers or 2.6 and 3.2 replacement blades. This system allows you to perform the most common manual deburring operations and is completely compatible with the NOGA counterpart.
ANTIVIBRATIONS COUNTERSINKS
New range of 3-flutes 90° POLLEDRI’S Countersinks with ASYMMETRIC GEOMETRY OF THE CUTTERS These POLLEDRI’S Countersinks, thanks to their asymmetric cutting geometry that reduces axial force compared to traditional one, guarantee a significant reduction in vibrations, and a consequent better finish of the flaring. Their rectified angle at 20 ° and at constant value, guarantees the reduction of friction and allows numerous regrinding. Chip evacuation is significantly improved due to the large distance of the grooves between the three cutting edges.

to perform up to 10 types of machining with a single tool: Centering, Drilling, Longitudinal chamfers, Countersinking,

BACK SPOTFACING SYSTEM
GROUP 6-9-14-20-30-40
in carburized and hardened steel
The arbors specially devised for our back-spotfacing cutters are made in Case Hardened steel HRC 60.
All arbors have a threaded hole at the end of the taper to allow the locking of the arbor to the machine by means of a drawbar.
Alternatively, they can be used with the tang end and locked to the machine with the positioning slot if available.
The MT 3-4-5 have a locking slot to DIN 1806 whilst the MT 1-2 have no locking slot. Continue reading
