ARBORS FOR BACK SPOTFACING CUTTER GR.40 from Ø 40 to Ø 62

The arbors specially devised for our back-spotfacing cutters, have a threaded hole at the end of the taper to allow the locking of the arbor to the machine by means of a drawbar. Alternatively, they can be used with the tang end and locked to the machine with the positioning slot if available. M.T 5 with locking slot DIN 1806.

You can fit them on all the Polledri arbors of the same group. You can connect them on the arbors quickly because they have an special quick change bayonet system. Using a good soluble oil you can increase the speed with an increase of the tool life. Can also be used for forward spotfacing operations.

ROLLING PILOTS FOR ARBORS GR.40 from Ø 40 to Ø 62

In many cases spot-facing operations present considerable difficulties, it is most useful therefore to have available versatile and efficient tools which carry out such operations in an easy and speedy manner. With this in mind Polledri have introduced in the back-spotfacing cutters of Groups 30 and 40 a very important innovation, that is a Rolling Pilot which is fitted to the tool and permits also forward spotfacing operations, consequently the cutter and arbor can be used for operations in back-spotfacing and can also be used for forward spotfacing operations.
