New Four/Five Flutes Countersinks special Hardox 500 90° in HSS-E 8% Cobalt or Solid Carbide.Also with AlTiCN and AlTin coating, particularly suitable for machining hard and abrasion-resistant alloys such as: HARDOX up to 500 HB, Inconel, Nimonic, Hastelloy, Titanium and Titanium alloys. For holes whose maximum length is less than three times the diameter (3xØA) and whose counterbore is less than double
the diameter of the hole, we have developed a catalog of special products with Whistle Notch (C) shank, obtained from semi-finished products ready in stock (except sold).
The semi-finished products are made with a special pre-heated material.

Made in HSS-E Co. HRC 65 with cylindrical shank, 180° and 90°.
You can use them to realize Fine, Medium, Close or Before Threading common screw seats
- Multifunction Tools in H.M. K15 1800 HV micrograin, also with AlTiCN coating
to perform up to 10 types of machining with a single tool: Centering, Drilling, Longitudinal chamfers, Countersinking,
Screw seats, "V" grooves, Contouring, Engravings and Interpolation machining.
- Multifunction Bi-Conical Countersinks in H.M. K15 1800 HV also with AlTiCN coating,
for traction and push executions.

in carburized and hardened steel
The arbors specially devised for our back-spotfacing cutters are made in Case Hardened steel HRC 60.
All arbors have a threaded hole at the end of the taper to allow the locking of the arbor to the machine by means of a drawbar.
Alternatively, they can be used with the tang end and locked to the machine with the positioning slot if available.
The MT 3-4-5 have a locking slot to DIN 1806 whilst the MT 1-2 have no locking slot. Continue reading

You can fit them on all the Polledri arbors in the same group.
You can fit them on the arbors quickly with the special quick change bayonet system.
Using a good soluble oil you can increase the speed with an increase of the tool life.
