Interchangeable Drills in HSS HRC 63 from Ø 11 to Ø 25

Drills type C-L GROUP 2 in HSS hardness 63 HRC from Ø 11,0 to Ø 25. You can fit them in all the Polledri holders of the same group. Fitting them in the counterbores and countersinks you can to drill and to counterbore or to countersink simultaneous. Using a good soluble oil you can increase the speed, with an increase of the tool life.

IMPORTANT!

On each cutter is possible to mount a guide or a drill, in this second case, the tool can only work through holes and NOT dead holes. The length of the helix of the drill must be such that come out from the hole before the cutter starts to work

INTERCHANGEABLES PILOTS GROUP 2

Interchangeable Pilots in HSS HRC 63 from Ø 10 to Ø 52

Pilot type F-R group 2 in carburized and hardened steel with hardness 60HRC group 2 from Ø 10 to Ø 52. You can fit them in all the Polledri holders of the same group. The large range of pilot sizes permit you to guide most counterbores and countersinks in general use.
